Director of Development

Dignity Network Canada (DNC) is launching a new role for a strategic and hands-on Director of Development to lead and grow our fundraising function at a pivotal moment in our organization’s growth. 

Following a successful $2M+ national campaign, this role will build on that momentum; developing a sustainable fundraising strategy, deepening donor relationships, and establishing the systems needed to support long-term growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape a development function from the ground up while contributing to global LGBTIQ human rights advocacy.

Research Assistant – Canada Summer Jobs

Dignity Network Canada (DNC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support a focused research project exploring how Canada and Canadian organizations advance global LGBTIQ (SOGIESC) human rights.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world research in international development, policy, and human rights. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in research design, data collection, analysis, and knowledge mobilization while working within a collaborative, mission-driven national organization.
